My philosophy

Originally from the Isle of Wight on the UK's southern coast, I have spent many years travelling the world and honing my craft.

As a photographer, creative copywriter and brand ambassador I have over 14 years experience in action sports and adventure, in particular in snow sports where I cut my teeth as a competitive athlete and working with brands to share their vision. These experiences have provided me with the tools to know what an athlete or brand wants from their images, I understand how to compose an image and tend to go to the extremes to get it.

My style of photography is focussed around how humans interact with the environment, specialising in the mountain and adventure industry. I believe the key to good story telling is centred around relatability and capturing how people move in nature as inspiration for others to get out there too.
